Ah, the mellifluous Lorik Qui'in, Noveria's sophisticated onlooker. He bears an intimate appreciation for every sociopolitical nuance of the port's unfolding drama, yet remains comfortably on the outside looking in, lifting a liquor glass to its beautiful absurdity.

There's something rather delicious about him.
